Collection of access data
The provider collects data on each access to the website (so-called server log files). This includes name of the visited Web page, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type, together with version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data without assignment to the identity of the user or other profiling according to the legal provisions for statistical analysis for the purpose of the operation, safety and optimization of the online offer. The provider reserves the right to log data to check later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.
Collection and usage of personal information
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, house address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws and/or if the user agrees.
Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment, organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract. For goods to be delivered, for instance, your name and address must be relayed to the supplier of the goods. Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract.
While contacting the seller (via contact form or email) the details of the user are saved in order to process the request and for the case that follow-up questions arise.
The seller has taken organizational, contractual and technological security measures to ensure that the provisions of the data protection laws are observed and accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons is prohibited.
Data forwarding to third parties
The data of users will only be passed on to third parties if this is legitimate or a user has consented to the transfer.
This is for example the case when the data forwarding is necessary for meeting contractual obligations to the user, for example when the shipping address of the user is transferred to the forwarding agent for shipment, or if the data are requested by official authorities such as law enforcement are requested.
The personal data of the users are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes or for the purpose of creation of user profiles.

E-mails with promotional information about the provider and its services are only shipped with explicit user consent. The user can contradict the receipt of the newsletter at any time. An option for removal from the subscription list is included in every newsletter.
Before receiving any newsletters, the user has to confirm the registration by means of reacting on the confirmation email that will be sent to the user’s account after subscription. Unconfirmed registrations are automatically deleted within four weeks.
As part of the application, the provider stores the login and the verification time and IP address of the user. The supplier is obliged by law to monitor the applications, to be able to document correct registration.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIP()”, IP addresses being truncated before further processing in order to rule out direct associations to persons.
Facebook social plug-in
On this online offer the social network Google+ buttons are used (e.g. “+1” button), which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). When a user visits a web page of any provider, which contains such a Google button, your browser establishes a direct connection with Google’s servers. The content of the buttons is transmitted from Google directly to its browser which embeds the latter into the website. The provider therefore has no effect on the amount of data that Google collects with the buttons.
According to Google, no personal information is collected without clicking on the button. Only for logged-in members of Google+, such data, including the IP address, will be collected and processed. When a user is a Google+ member and does not want Google to collect data about them from this website and links the data to their Google membership data, the user must log out of their Google+ account before visiting this website and delete the Google related Cookies in their Browser.

The user is entitled to obtain information free of charge about the personal data stored of him by the provider. Contact details can be found in the imprint of the provider.
