Order transaction

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, to add the selected product to your shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time before finally submitting your order. For this purpose, click on the button “View Cart”. On the following page (shopping cart), you can change the quantity by entering the new quantity into the respective column and then clicking on the button “Update Cart”. To remove an item from your cart, click on the red cross symbol before the respective line. To empty the whole cart, delete all items, thus cancelling the order process. By clicking the button “Proceed to checkout” you will proceed to the next order step.

2. Checkout

Enter your billing address and contact information. All fields marked with “*” must be filled. If you require delivery to a different delivery address, check the box next to “Ship to a different address?” and fill in the required fields there.
Registration with customer account is not required for the order processing. However, if you want to set up an account, please tick the box next to “Create an account?”. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Privacy Policy). It will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to third parties.

3. Select payment method / Conditions and Privacy Policy

Now select your preferred payment method. Please read the Cancellation policy and terms & conditions carefully. You can only proceed with the order, if you agree to both statements by checking the boxes. By clicking the button “next” you will proceed to the next order step.

4. Check data / complete order process

The next page shows an overview of your order, including selected products, shipping and billing address and your contact information. Check if all details are correct. By clicking the button “Buy” you will send your order to us. This constitutes a legally binding offer.
